Greetings!
Leaders from the Moishe Kavod House have been working for nearly a year to pass the Criminal Offense Record Information Reform Act (and others have been working for more than 7 YEARS). Since our State Senator could be key to getting it finalized, we need Brookline turnout! CORI Reform has passed the House and Senate, but is in gridlock in Conference Committee as the final negotiating deadline approaches. If a single bill is not finalized by the House and Senate by July 31st, the reform process will be forced to start over next year. The success of CORI Reform has depended on thousands of supporters across the State. THIS THURSDAY, there will be a RALLY on the state house steps at 12:30pm. More than ever, we need your support to finalize these historic changes! Please e-mail anniedfox@gmail.com with questions.
Until Later,
Alix, Annie, Margie, Michelle, and Suzie
