We believe each person has something to offer, and that everyone can learn to be a leader that makes our community stronger. Teams of volunteers organize all of our work, with the help of four Resident Organizers who live in the physical space of Moishe Kavod House. The Resident Organizers also serve with five elected leaders on our community board, which guides our strategic planning and oversees our work.
Moishe Kavod members elect our Board and vote on community-wide decisions brought to our annual membership meeting by the Board.

Our daily operations (Finance, Membership, Development, and Communications) are run by Operations Teams, each made up of volunteer leaders and chaired by a board member and supported by a resident organizer liaison.
Our programs and campaigns are run by Program Teams, each made up of volunteer leaders and supported by a resident organizer liaison.
